“BANNEL.” When you shop with us and use your credit card, we won’t “out” you on your statement. You won’t see “GayHankies” there. What you will see is “BANNEL LLC,” which is the legal name of my company.

Why do I mention this again? I just had another chargeback on my merchant credit card service. This means that somebody saw “BANNEL” on their credit card statement, didn’t remember what it meant, and told their card company that it was a fraudulent charge.

So, here’s another reminder: When you’re placing your order here and checking out, the web site tells you in two different places that your statement will say “BANNEL”. You will also see that on your package’s return address and on the print-out inside your package.

So please remember. Don’t forget. “BANNEL” is your friend (named after our first West Highland White Terrier) and when you see the name, it means we’re looking out for you and protecting your privacy.
